Addiction is the biggest preventable killer in the UK. We take action to disarm addiction. We do this through research, treatment, family support, education and training.

WELL, I DID IT!!! AND IN A TIME OF 4:30!!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for all your sponsorship and support. You made it possible for me to achieve a dream and raise a fabulous amount of money for a charity that means so much to me.

The first 20 miles were fun, after that was hard work, but seeing the finish made it all worth it!

Am still a little stiff but already thinking about next year!
