Story

Thank you for visiting the Big Santa Ride donations page at Justgiving.com.

The Big Santa Ride is back for 2009! The ride itself takes place on December 6th.

We've set up this page for you to donate to our appeal if you are unable to take part in the Big Santa Ride itself or any of the associated activities. Any donation you can make will be very gratefully received and will go to a very good cause.

The Big Santa Ride is a day of fund-raising bike rides in aid of Save the Children. The central feature is a Christmas fancy dress bike ride in the Surrey Hills starting from Cranleigh. In addition, there are MTB Trail Rides and Orienterring contests. For full details of the Big Santa Ride events, visit bigsanta.co.uk.

The Big Santa Ride is organised in  of support Save the Children's excellent work  in aid of children who need help around the world.

Save the Children work worldwide to ensure children get proper healthcare, food, education and protection. They are committed to  saving lives in emergencies, campaigning for children's rights, and improving their futures through long-term development work.
You can find out more about their work at savethechildren.org.uk.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Save the Children gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Thanks again for your support!
