Thank you for visiting the Bike 4 Cambodia JustGiving page.

BIKE FOR CAMBODIA is a charity project with the goal to collect enough money to build at least one school in , . The main fundraising events will be a bike ride across the width of the from to .

Ola Nilsson ( , ) Hakan Nilsson () will embark on this journey on September 10th 2010. The trip across the American continent spans over 4,600 miles (over 7500km) and will take the two cyclists nearly two and a half months to complete.

By making a donation to the project you will help us in our goal to building a school for the children of Tonlebet. The Cambodian school will cost around £29,000. The journey itself will not use up any of the money raised to build the school, this has all been sourced through various contributions from the participants themselves, friends families and affiliated businesses, so every penny that you donate will go directly to the building project. Bike 4 is working with the Irish based children charity Cradle, which has given the team lots of invaluable advice and information.  

 

We would also like to thank the charity CamKids - The Cambodian Children's Charity, for enabling us to use their JustGiving service.  

The aim of our project is to not only build a school but to also create awarness around and the situation there. There are a number of different ways that you can get involved with the project from fundraising events and spreading the word to getting involved with running of the project. We have a number of exciting fundraisers across the globe and the B4C team is growing everyday.
 
Any contribution will make a difference and will be hugely appreciated by all of us involved with the project as well as the kids in .
