To follow up from last year's low key triumph, I'm again taking part in the British London 10k run in support of the CSBF. Absolutley no pressure, but all sponsorship gratefully recieved. It is a great cause and you'd have the kudosof sponsoring the oldest Permanent Secretary in the field!!!!
