In the Summer of 2009, Dave and Chris are entering the Mongol Rally! Squeezing their combined 30 stones in weight and 12ft 6 height into the smallest car they can find, and driving over 10,000 miles without any regard for whether or not there will be any roads. Leaving London on July 18th, they hope to make the Mongolian capital of Ulaan Baatar in just under 4 weeks. No support vehicle, no pre booked accommodation, just 2 big blokes in a 1.1 Saxo*.

The event rules state that we have to raise £1000 minimum for the official charity - Christina Noble Foundation, which runs hostels for abandoned and homeless children. We hope to raise a lot more than that, splitting the money raised 50/50 between this charity and Help for Heroes. With the rules in mind, the first £1000 will go to Christina Noble Childrens Foundation, the next £1000 to HfH, then be split evenly. A If you found this page early... well done! Donate Now!
