Hello and thank you for visiting the Pelican Brief's Justgiving page.
We're the second BLM team mad enough to take on the challenge. Last year the Desert Rats came a respectable 5th place and with a lot of hard work, training and determination (as well as a strong following wind) we hope to do as well this year. They were also the best fundraisers in the event so we've a lot to live up to!
Here's a peek at what we will be doing taken from the Prince's Trust website
On the Costa Rica Coast to Coast Insurance Challenge we will cross the Continental Divide at 2,500m on an epic journey from the edge of the Pacific Ocean to the shores of the Caribbean Sea. We will hike, bike, white-water-raft and kayak, over a distance of 200km, for seven days back to back.
We will do the hard work (you should see the training schedule - no rest days!!) and all we ask in return is that you cheer us on and support the Pelican Briefs and the Prince's Trust.
So we'd really appreciate it if you could spare a few pennies and help the Pelican Briefs and the Prince's Trust to help disadvantaged children in the UK.
