Hello from sunny Liberia (the rainy season has just ended!).
Having completed the 295 runs at the MK SNO!zone (the equivalent height of Everest) I am now out on the Africa Mercy, using Dentaid equipment in their dental clinic.

Well OK not down the real Everest, but the equivalent height (8850m) at the SNO!zone (indoor real snow slope) in Milton Keynes. Just the 295 runs then! Should keep me busy for a couple of days - 22nd/23rd August to be precise.
I simply have 3 aims for my sponsored snowboarding challenge:
1. To make you interested in ‘Dentaid’ and the amazing work they do. Check out the stuff on the left, and watch the 'Dentaid DVD' at www.dentaid.org.
2. Raise money for them. There’s always a catch isn’t there!
