In 2005/2006, Loughborough Students Rowing Club won a total of eight BUSA medals, as well as a host of other titles in Head Races and Regattas across the country. With consistently commendable performances at Commonwealth Trials, the National Rowing Championships of Great Britain, the British Indoor Rowing Championships, Henley Royal Regatta, Women's Henley, and Men's and Women's Head of the River Race, Loughborough Rowing continues to grow and develop with every passing year.

Our club aspirations include raising funds to expand our fleet of boats and continue to compete at the highest levels. Last year through our boat appeal we raised a fantastic £1200 which allowed us to make considerable contributions to buy both the senior and novice squads an 8+ each.  

This year we have set our target to £2500 which, if we reach it, will allow us to buy three new singles for the club and maintain the boats we already have.
