On August 8th this year I will be setting off from Kings Lynn in Norfolk on an adventure to cycle solo and unsupported around the UK mainland coastline, a distance of 4,500 to 5,000 miles. I don't take this challenge lightly, It will be the biggest of my life. That said, I am determined to complete it within 100 days. More than anything I need to know that you are behind me. Knowing that I have your support in terms of your  donations and encouragement will make all the effort, the days when I feel like packing it in, the wind, the hills, the punctures and whatever the ride brings all worth while.
