Saturday 1 August: London Triathlon (co-racing with Mark Pollock)
Sunday 20 September: Berlin Marathon
One of my nominated charities for 2009 is the Tea Leaf Trust. I visited the charity earlier in the year and was very impressed with its achievements to date and its ongoing objectives - The Tea Leaf Trust is a charitable foundation which supports disadvantaged tea workers and poor rural farmers in the island's central plantation area with education and amenities. If would like to sponsor me at 10p per kilometre, the total distance covered should come to 329.85km (not including training miles), i.e about £33 quid. Times are hard, but please be as generous as you feel you can be. The total sum raised on this page will go directly to the Tea Leaf Trust.
