Story

Dear Friends,
I Know  that you  have probably had this Email before asking you for a donation but as i only have about 1 week to go i am wondering why you havent supported me yet, maybe its the beer thing !! on go on i will buy you two then ..hows that

If you can i thank you again, if you cant dont worry.

Brian

OnOctober 5th , i venture over the English Border to compete in one of the Greatest sporting events of the year , The Great North Run, this will the first time i have competed in this and only the second half marathon in my 40 years ( what he is only 40 .....i hear you say!!!) and then i  will take part in the Jedburgh Half Marathon two weeks later ( he will never do that ... what Brian Leask running two half marathons in two weeks.. more like eating two marathons in two weeks!!!!!).
The reason i am going to shed blood sweat and tears is to try and raise £1000 for the the friends of the Borders General Hospital ((Critical Care Transport Trolley Fund).
So if you can donate any sum of money this would be greatly appreciated and in return i will buy you a beer the next time i see you................. you cant say fairer than that!!!!

Thank you so much for your support!!

Brian
