think most of you know me and what happened to me . just a quickie to let you know i got run over and broke my back and then did 3 months in hospital . then got a big shock when i got out as life aint that easy in a wheelchair .
thats where back up came in they got me on one of there courses a multi activitey week at keswick.
thats when i came to terms with what had happened and taught me that i could do all the stuff i used to do ..from sailing to scuba diving .
i now do all those things without the help of back up .
SCALLY RALLY
this is a rally were we buy a car for under a hundred pounds and drive from calias to rimini in italy over a four day period ..
we have bought the car a range rover k reg very old
i will pay for this and petrol and hotels and beer .team members are me paul  [minty] me dad gordon . and brian gill [hatchet] he is the mechanic
so all money will go to the backup charity 
anybody out there who wishes to put there company logo on the car are quite welcome or if you dont have a company or a logo sign the car .
the bigger the logo the more cash if you get what i mean .
