The De La Mennais Brothers (or Brothers Of Christian Instruction) is a congregation of male religious founded in France in 1819 and devoted to education and youth work in general. The Brothers are now in 24 countries around the world. Wherever they are, their aim remains that of their co-Founder, Jean-Marie De La Mennais : to educate the young and "to make Jesus Christ better known and better loved".
