My story

Hi All

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

Thanks for your help and money , it looks like after doing the run in 2:35.35 i will be able to reach my target for the challenge. i only expected to do the run in about 3 hours , as i had never run any distance before and weighed near 17.8 stone.

I know weigh in at 15.8 , so that 2 stone lost or 9.7% of my body weight. i hope in seeing this , you too will try and loose a few pounds, or raise a few quid for charity.

So it thanks from me, and onto my next challange i would like to get down to 14 stone. so i have agreed to raise money for the Anthony Nolan trust again for next year , but with a slight twist, i'm running three times for them.

Manchester 10k , GNR 2008 - 13.1miles and  the New York Marathon .

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Anthony Nolan Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.

regards
