The Burned Children's Club gives support to young burn survivors and their families. We promote self esteem and help children come to terms with their altered body image. Support is also essential to parents and siblings as they too need help to adjust and come to terms with the trauma.
All this is done through fun, recreation and mutual support. we also arrange fun confidence building events such as Regional Summer Camp and festive Christmas Parties.
In this appeal, we are trying to raise £50k to help fund the summer camp in 2012.
