I'm Laura I live and work in beautiful Edinburgh. I am currently working on my illustration and at my local pub. I volunteered as a cafe assistant at The Forest Cafe. The cafe had to close it's doors, I am 1 of 50 people trying to raise money so that they can make an offer to get the building back. They need £100.000 and so far they've raised over half! Please help me raise £1000! So far I've had an amazing response from people pledging via the wefund scheme the forest is running to raise money and so far I am over £400!

 

I have did an exercise challenge where I gave up booze and junk food to raise funds and currently planning a bake sale to continue raising awareness and funds. I really want to hit my target!

 

Please give what you can, my thought was that is 100 people gave me £10 then I'd get there in no time! I know many of you don't have a lot of money but £1 would be an amazing help. The Forest's continued existance is really important to me and many like me. I love it very deeply and truely want to save it.
