My story

19-25 April 2010 is the first ever BuskAsOne week. We are challenging you and your fellow musicians across the world to take the streets and sing for schools in Africa.

All the money raised will be used to fund the final classroom at Simakakata Community School in Zambia. The community have agreed to donate their labour for free to complete the building work. Please use this page to donate whatever funds you raise from your busk.

Have a classroom or teacher's house named after you
The busker who raises the most money will be offered the chance to have the final classroom names after them.

In September we'll return to Zambia and share stories, photos and videos on www.learnasone.org/blog so you can see the money you raise in action.
