You probably now know that we've gone Mad, thrown a double six, gone totally Tonto, and have probably lost our minds as we've entered this "race" that takes place on September 13th in Catterick.

Basically it's a 10 mile off road event over undulating terrain used to test potential British Army Paratroopers. Like them we'll be doing it in Boots and carrying a Bergan (rucksack to the uninitiated) weighing 35lbs.

All monies raised will go to the worthy cause that is Help For Heroes and will help support and rehabilitate our wounded servicemen and women who, we're sure you agree, give so much for us.

We know some of you gave generously for the London 10k in July but this is a far sterner test of our mettle than that do please give generously.
