Calvary Zion Children's Home is in Mombasa, Kenya and is currently a four bedroom rented house. In 2007, thanks to fundraising in Germany and here in the UK, 2.5 acres of land was purchased, the land has been cleared, a borehole dug and the construction of the new home has started.  We want to finish the new home as soon as possible as this would mean the children can move from their existing home and as the number of children in our care is at nearly 40, this can't be quick enough.

The borehole has meant that we have not paid for water for nearly over a year and we want to cultivate the land and keep some chickens, goats etc for food.  This will make us more self suficient and dramatically reduce the running costs on a daily basis.

Please help us to finish the home as soon as possible buy buying a "brick" (or several bricks!) to help with the construction and at just £2.50, the price of a cup of coffee or a magazine, you can help us to give the children a safe permanent home, where they can enjoy good nutrition and have access to quality education.
