Although due to current restrictions the Centre is closed to the public, we are still working in the background to make the Centre the best it can possibly be. This funding will allow us to develop our exhibits upstairs by adding technology to increase the interactivity and access to our artefacts. It will also allow us to continue to develop a virtual resource to be used with schools and other groups, both during the current lock down and beyond - we have already begun this work by holding a storytelling session for school pupils in February. A small amount of the funds raised may also be used to support the Centre whilst closed.
