Green Kordofans Christmas Charity Challenge

From now until Christmas we are putting up a challenge, to have an additional 100,000 subscribers by Christmas day.

All we ask is that every new subscriber takes a few moments to read up and understand our charity and to contribute just 2 pounds.

This will enable at least another one hundred thousand people to be aware of the plight of the people who are still battling with the aftermath of war of physical and mental injuries, poverty, isolation and poor services.

The situation for many is deteriorated with reduction of aid, COVID19 impact and climate changes. in refugee camp at Yida in South Sudan. To understand our causes and help us achieve our project goals.

This money will help do amazing thing for the children in Yida Camp.

About the charity: Green Kordofan helps nearly 1000 children in Yida camp, South Sudan. We use sports as a tool to engage, connect, build friendship and bridges of hope for the future.

We encourage children to Play together & join sports to buildtheir confidence and self-esteem.

By playing together in volleyball, football, running, cycling for both boys & girls the children learnnew skills such as team building; leadership and respect for others. Through these activities as well the children makefriends with children from other areas of the camp thus improving their opportunities for socialisation and giving them respite from the daily complications of living in a refugee camp.

Wealsouse the clubs as an opportunity to initiate social change by talking to our children about health, cultural and educational issues. However, wehave become increasingly aware that, more input is needed to improve safety, to assist the children in the camp to grow as healthy adult, free from trauma. The money that you donate will greatly aid the children in accessing the psychological support that they so greatly need.
