Whether you're a seasoned race runner or you've laced up your trainers for the first time this year, we need anyone who is up for the challenge to take on the miles this summer to help support the MS community.

Simply sign up, and then challenge yourself to run 100k (or as far as you can!) before 30 September. Or, why not get your friends or family involved and run 100k or further as a team.

Along the way, we are asking you to raise as much as you can for the MS Society. Raise £50 or more and we'll send you a free MS Society running top to wear with pride as you complete your challenge.

Every mile run and every pound raised will help ensure no one has to face MS alone.

How do I take part?

1. Sign up by setting up your JustGiving fundraising page. Simply click Start fundraising above and follow the steps.

2. Choose your distance and complete before 30 September 2020, by yourself or with others.

3. Let us know when you have completed your distance. Email challenge@mssociety.org.uk

4. Spread the word to let everyone know that you are helping stop MS by sharing photos on social media using the hashtag #myMSrun and tag @mssocietyuk
