We are Sussex Community NHS Charity, the official charity of Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust, the specialist provider of community services in West Sussex, Brighton and Hove, and High Weald Lewes Havens.

We raise funds so that we can provide extra support the Trust's dedicated staff and volunteers to continue providing excellent care in the heart of the community. We provide grants for anything over and above what NHS core funding covers, to :

- Improve the physical and mental health of patients, staff and volunteers

- Support staff development to help them provide excellent care

- Improve the equipment and facilities for the diagnosis and treatment of our patients

- Create patient and family-friendly care environments

- Advance our understanding through medical research

The COVID-19 pandemic has put our services under unprecedented pressure, , and over the last year our SCFT teams have responded to the challenge. Can you help us to continue supporting them as they go above and beyond to provide excellent care?

To be able to provide extra support, we need to raise unrestricted funds, these are donations made to our general pot and can be used to pay for a wide variety of fantastic projects. The good news? We have an incredible community behind us to help us increase awareness of our charity and raise much needed funds and it all starts with a tap!
