This pandemic has brought about so many different challenges, for some the increased intake of alcohol has been on the increase over recent months.
We are asking supporters to give up alcohol for the month of October, or even part of October in order to help us raise vital funds.
No matter how long you choose to go sober, by signing up to the challenge you will be doing something amazing for people in your community for whom we provide free care.
All money raised will help St Davids Hospice Care provide their vital services to patients and families living within South East Wales.
Also, you wont just be helping others, you will be helping yourself with the following benefits:
