Story

Let's do this in celebration of mums everywhere!

You can take on this challenge:

- In person with your mum

- Virtually with your mum (in the UK and across the globe)

- In memory of your mum

140,000 steps equates to 66 miles or 106 kilometres so you can spread the challenge out over a few days, weeks or over the entire month of March. Whatever suits you! But however you complete your challenge, we want to see plenty of photos of you and your mum running, walking or stepping your way to success!

Run with Mum is the ultimate way to support people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in Kent and Medway whilst improving your health and fitness.

It's completely free to sign up and if you raise £100 for the Kent MS Therapy Centre, you'll receive a medal in the post. If you raise £250 in sponsorship, we'll send you a branded t-shirt as a thank you for your support.

You can also join our Run with Mum Facebook group to gain inspiration from others taking on this challenge.
