Sleep Easy is a charity event in aid of YMCA North London to help our vulnerable young homeless create their better futures. Sleeping rough so others don't have to.
Story
At YMCA North London we work with vulnerable young people who are experiencing homelessness. Our aim whilst they are with us is to help them to develop their life skills and move on to live independently.
The young people that come to us are at the most challenging points in their lives, we aim to build on their strengths and aspirations and help them to grow in self- esteem and achieve their potential.
On April 23rd were calling on local businesses, schools, families and friends to give up the comfort of their bed for one night. Whether you choose to camp out in your garden, bed down in your bath or rough it in an outdoor space, you can help the YMCA tackle the root causes of homelessness. By taking part you can help in creating futures.
