This little girl shows us the reason why we have to buy Happy's. Without Happy’s she would have died! 

For those who don't know me my name is Alisha, I'm 8 months old, I was found by a river, dumped by my owners, a chain and padlock around my neck ,my skinny body covered in open sores from demodex, my limbs were so painful and swollen. I was left to die and believe me I thought I would. Thankfully I was found and brought to Happy Tails.

Today I'm feeling much better and for the first time in my life I feel someone actually cares about me. 

Today I woke up and I couldn't believe how hungry I felt,  I ate all my food and asked for more. 

Today I know I'm safe and the people here love me, but I'm so sad to think of the fate of so many of my friends who are still out there suffering at the hands of the heartless people who seem to enjoy inflicting pain. The dogs out here in Bistrita really need your help. Believe me I'm the lucky one, The people here at 1 dog will continue to keep you updated with my recovery, but if my story has touched you please help them to continue to help dogs like me. 

They urgently need to raise the funds to purchase Happy Tails.  Without Happy Tails there is no 1 Dog at a Time charity and there will be no more ‘happy ever after stories’ for the dogs left behind, no safe home to be brought to, and no hope of a loving future. Their misery pain and suffering will continue and they won’t be able to rescue dogs like me.
