Our Special Fund, is exactly that.  It doesn't fund the running of the charity.  It is a protected fund purely to support our members in times of hardship and to provide complementary therapies to aid management of their condition and promote good health and wellbeing. 

In addition the Special Fund is used to organise special days out during the summer months for our members and their families.  

Without the Special Fund our most vulnerable members would be left high and dry and times of severe hardship.  We would not be able to provide the complementary therapies that some find essential to their well-being and those special days out that many take for granted simply would not happen.
