Story

Looking back, there are some things we just shouldn't talk about... Looking forward, mental health is one we definitely should!

We've chosen Friday 13th July, 2018, as RETRO DAY and with the World Cup upon us, we are asking you to dust off and wear your old football, rugby or other sports kit for the day... the louder the better!

Many workplaces run 'dress-down Fridays', so this is your perfect opportunity to shock your colleagues with a bright blast from the past and send them running for some sunglasses!

Why are we doing this? To draw attention to mental health issues, initiate discussions about mental health and raise funds for the vital mental health services we deliver across Scotland. Another objective of Retro Day is to have some fun and laughs on Friday 13th - too often a day associated with doom and gloom!

So, get your kit on, and please consider making a donation to our appeal. You can donate online here or Text donate RETR18 followed by £2, £5 or £10 to to 70070.

If you would like any further information about Support in Mind Scotland and the services we deliver, please call 0131 662 4359 or email us at: info@supportinmindscotland.org.uk
