Heroes & Wow week
Treloar’s is absolutely full of heroes - students & staff! On Monday 27th February to Friday 3rd March we will have a week-long celebration of all our heroes whilst raising money for Treloar’s.
Story
Each year fundraising needs to raise £1.6 million. Heroes & Wow Week will be raising money especially for Treloar’s brand new coach.
The coach is 12.5m long and will be able to transport up to 11 students in electric powered wheelchairs, 15 passenger seats for teachers and support staff and ample storage space below. This means that class trips can all go out together in the one vehicle.
It will cost £245,000 to purchase this unique, state of the art coach. But the good news is we already have £78,000 in pledges and donations. As soon as we have raised the funds we will be able to order it. We hope this will be by the end of 2017!
No young person should be restricted by their circumstances and here at Treloar’s we do everything in our power to give our students the very best opportunities as possible. Transport is absolutely vital for this.
