The WCHCT gives grants to Warwickshire churches, chapels and meeting rooms to repair and restore them so that future generations can use and enjoy these architectural treasures too. Ride + Stride is an annual sponsored event and it is the biggest source of our funding.

Please join us for Ride or Stride on Saturday 9th September 2017 from 10am to 6pm – it's open to all ages!

It is a great day out and is the perfect opportunity to have some fun, get some exercise outdoors and be together as a family or group of friends. 

You can plan your day to suit yourself by choosing the churches you visit and organising your own sponsorship.

Have a look at some examples of walks in your area on our website. Your choice of transport is up to you – by bike, horse, tractor or buggy – or any form of transport you choose! 

Contact your local church, chapel or meeting room and talk to them about their Ride + Stride event.

The money raised will be divided equally between the church, chapel or meeting room chosen by the participant and the WCHCT so that we can continue to support these historic and architecturally important buildings that are at the heart of our communities.
