The LA fitness Capitalt to Coast Cycle Challenge for Charity on 1 July is a scenic charity cycle ride which benefits two partner charities undertaking crucial work with children and adults – Norwood and the Down's Syndrome Association - see website www.capitaltocoast.org.uk for further details.
