Greetings fellow Runner 'human' Beans!

Captain Beany shall be competing in this years Admiral Swansea Bay 10k donning his orange hued 'runner bean' lycra costume whilst conveying his trademarked plate of baked beans on toast!

Donned with the rarity of race number of '57' , this half-baked crusader shall be celebrating his fifty-seventh full blown birthday race!

I shall be raising money on behalf of the British Heart Foundation (BHF) in memory of my late brother, Peter Kirk, who passed away with heart disease some eleven years ago.
