In the UK, 284,560 persons were diagnosed with cancer in 2004. Four types – breast, lung, bowel (colorectal) and prostate – account for over half of all new cases of cancer.

I have lost both grandads' to cancer; bowel and prostrate. In memory of their lives and the goodness they brought into my life, I wanted to help assist with raisng money for this great, inovative breakthrough charity. I am hoping to make my way to the 2010 London Marathon; starting off with the Moore 5K Run for Bobby Moore CR Fund - which I ran in April, now the Cardiff Half Marathon... which I have now completed, in 1hr 59 min and 11 secs :-)
