Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Somehow during a routine appointment to see my physio, Mark Conway, I was persuaded that a cycle challenge for charity would be good for me and my back! I am now "in training" to be able to cycle the required 45 miles per day. We cross the channel on the afternoon of Thursday 24th September, driving to Rouen, the start of our challenge. The next 3 days will be spent cycling through the Loire Valley, returning home on Monday 28th September.
The Extramile Challenge supports various charities, MK Snap (charity no. 1013148); The Prostrate Cancer Charity (charity no. 1005541); Royal National Lifeboat Institution (charity no. 209603) together with other charities nominated by two supporting Rotary Clubs.
