Please don’t forget to sponsor us on our annual cycle ride to Paris -200 miles in 4 days this September. Thank you for helping us up those hills! All sponsorship raised goes to support our commitments in Peru- our cyclists pay their own expenses for this event so all your sponsorship goes to Peru.
Thanks to your generosity we are able to go on sharing food, clothes, shelter, education and fun with the children who live in our refuge in the desert shanty towns of Lima, where we also offer real, ongoing and practical support to those struggling to survive in extreme poverty in the local community. With your help our dream of a community centre could be transformed into bricks and mortar.
In the UK we continue to be a totally voluntary organization with minimal overheads; in Peru we look after 40 children and young people and employ 17 people, giving both to them and all who live in our refuge, dignity and independence and real opportunities for education and training.
