Hello there and thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
As you have seen in the recent television and radio ads, having a 'Stroke' has a huge effect on the sufferer and the family.
The Stroke Association charity is all about helping these people and researching into reducing the incidence of having a Stroke in the first place.
I would like to raise some pennies for this worthwhile charity so have a little activity planned ahead to take place on 7th May and all monies will be gratefully received.
Now I know you are keen and eager to find out what my sponsor event is, so to cut a long story short and get straight to the point this is what I am not going to do: jump out of an aeroplane, run many miles nor abseil down a very tall cliff face.
I have gone for the easy option of having all my lovely hair shaved off, as you can see it is quite long (and messy). Though I say easy option, many of the people I have spoken to would rather do a 10km run than have a hair cut!
So let me take this opportunity to thank-you for your contribution and I will go and dig out a suitable hat to wear :-)
