I have just bought myself a bicycle and thought i know i haven't ridden one for about oh 7 years so lets do a 60 mile bike ride!

I am raising money for Cystic Fibrosis, my niece was diagnoised with CF at 6 weeks old (she's now 13)  so its a very worthy charity very close to my heart.

Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is the UK's most common life-threatening inherited disease.

Cystic Fibrosis affects over 8,000 people in the UK.

Over two million people in the UK carry the faulty gene that causes Cystic Fibrosis -

Cystic Fibrosis affects the internal organs.

Average life expectancy is around 31 years, although improvements in treatments mean a baby born today could expect to live for longer
