I am hoping to raise £3,000 to support Birmingham Settlement’s day nursery, which provides a vital service to families living in the Ladywood constituency of Birmingham.
Ladywood has the highest level of child poverty in the UK, with 81% (that's 28,420) of children close to or already living in poverty.
Although I have run four half marathons, this was my first full marathon. It was a fantastic event and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole day.
