I am taking part in the BUPA Great South Run on 25th October 2009 - a 10 mile run - to raise funds for Medecins du Monde UK. This is the international humanitarian aid organisation that I worked for in Sudan in 2005, providing emergency medical care to refugees. They work in various countries across the world, doing a great job. Those of you that know me well know I would love to work abroad again one day, for MDM, and as I cannot go at the moment, this is one small way in which I can continue to help. please help me support them!
