No Christmas cards this year just a donation to round up the total to target.
It's been a very busy active year and I would just like to take this opportunity to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who has supported me along the way
London Marathon back in April, seems light years away now, but that was just a bit of a warm up for...
UK Ironman - Sunday 7 September 2008 - #1372
EPIC... yes it really is 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike & 26.2 mile run - everything (sort of) came together and i REALLY enjoyed the whole adventure
Official finish time for the full 140.6 miles: 14 hours 18 minutes & 30 seconds.
Six weeks on from that came the Coventry Half Marathon in a PB of 1 hour 39 minutes & 27 seconds!
Then a weekend away to the Lakes for a Helvelyn/Ullswater 'Dirty Double' of fell runs... woooohoooooo!!!!
