Im running with garden designers.. Mandy, Adele, Susan, Nilufer. We are all raising money for Perennial. It will be a fun day out, for a good cause.  Its been almost 9 years since my last half marathon, and its about time I got back into running.. assuming my arthritic/aged knees can cope with it. I have been using the   'couch to 5K app' to get me started'.. and so far so good.
