While preparing the artwork and the description for the label's "first decade" compilation, I was watching a documentary on the Africa Mercy. This ship is a hospital on water going from port to port in sub-Saharan Africa performing multitudes of surgery such as facial tumor removal, clef palate removal, cataract surgery and many others.

Instead of giving tracks away for "free" I thought why not give people the opportunity to donate to a good cause and get the compilation? It's an extra incentive, a great cause and great music!
