Well...I've done it - got myself involved in another mad adventure! This time, it's for a cause that's really important to me. I'm taking part in a motorbike ride from London to Edinburgh (via the scenic route!) to support The Lavender Trust at Breast Cancer Care. Last year during my breast cancer treatment, I used their services constantly. In the wee small hours of the morning when I felt alone, tearful and scared, I went onto their forums to talk with other women, particularly younger women, who understood what I was going through.The support I gained helped me survive my cancer journey, and even manage a smile or two!

Anyone visiting this site that knows me, understands that motorcycling is an important part of who I am. So when I heard about the opportunity to combine my passion for biking with the possibility of giving something back to the charity, I jumped at the chance. It is an opportunity just made for me!
