What are the email alerts I can receive and where do I subscribe?
Justgiving can notify you by email when someone does something on any of our sites for your charity: for example, a summary of pages created per hour. To manage your email alerts, take the following steps

If you have not already logged in to your Charity Account go to http://www.justgiving.com/charityaccount
and log in or click on Reporting Home.
- Go to the Account management section and click on Manage Your Email Alerts from the options on the left
- You can then decide whether to receive an email every time a new payment report is ready to download, or every time someone creates a fundraising page for your charity.
- Please note that you can only change the email preferences for the email address associated with your log-in. If another member of your team needs to receive an email alert, you can add a new account for them if you are an admin contact, else you can email charities@justgiving.com asking to subscribe.
