What are the email alerts I can receive and where do I subscribe? 

Justgiving can notify you by email when someone does something on any of our sites for your charity: for example, a summary of pages created per hour. To manage your email alerts, take the following steps

  1. If you have not already logged in to your Charity Account go to http://www.justgiving.com/charityaccount and log in or click on Reporting Home.
  1. Go to the Account management section and click on Manage Your Email Alerts from the options on the left
  1. You can then decide whether to receive an email every time a new payment report is ready to download, or every time someone creates a fundraising page for your charity.
  1. Please note that you can only change the email preferences for the email address associated with your log-in. If another member of your team needs to receive an email alert, you can add a new account for them if you are an admin contact, else you can email charities@justgiving.com asking to subscribe.
