We (Dave Norcott, Paul Baker and Steve Petty) are going to try and play a gruelling 100 holes of golf each in a single day to raise money for a local cancer charity.
UPDATE: Challenge completed! We played 108 holes in total, in an average time of 2 hours 2 minutes per round. Suffice it to say we are still feeling the effects a couple of days later! Please keep the money rolling in - thanks a million everyone.
The event took place from 5am on Monday the 10th of August at the New Forest Golf Club, to whom we are extremely grateful for their support . All money raised is going to the JC Fund at , who were kind enough to mend me when I had non-Hodgkins lymphoma in 2007.
