About my charity : Power International Power International
POWER International works with all people with disabilities in poorer countries of the world, assisting and empowering them to participate fully in society. This may involve providing mobility devices (artificial limbs etc), self-employment opportunities, training, awareness-raising, and other tools for self-reliance. We have nationwide programmes in partnership with local disability organisations, in Mozambique and Zambia, and Laos in SE Asia.

My personal message:

Hi,

As you may know I'm running the British 10KM road race in London this Sunday and would really appreciate your support.  It starts at 9.30am which is early enough to merit some form of donation surely, even before we get to the running!

I've managed to persuade/strong arm my colleagues Alex, Will and Drummond to keep me company- thanks boys!- and hopefully we'll make it round in a decent time.

Any support, ideally in the form of cash however chocolate would also be gratefully received- would be fabulous.  Thanks very much in advance!
