For those of you who know me, I used to be quite sporty at school but any hint of endurance excercise had me hiding in the changing rooms! Well I must have been having a mad moment, I have not exercised since school, find cycling virtually impossible (with an inclination to dismount at the first sign of an incline) and up until now have resisted all suggestions to even attempt a gentle jog and I have now agreed to cycle 400km (including across mountains) in the heat of Sri Lanka.

Basically what I am saying is I am undertaking what will be the biggest challenge of my so far very lazy life and please help me through this crisis by donating generously to what is a very worthy cause.
