Story
Joanna absolutely loved animals and donated to many animal welfare charities during her life. She was a devout vegetarian and believed that animals should be treated fairly and humanly. Along with regularly donating to the RSPCA she supported the Dogs Trust and the WWF. Joanna also adopted many animals through zoo’s and wildlife parks. We know that she would have loved for money to have been raised in her name for the RSPCA.
On behalf of Chasing ORA and Joanna's family, thank you for visiting Joanna's just giving site. This site has been set up so that people can donate money securely online so that we can help build a new cat shelter at the RSPCA Danaher home in the memory of Joanna Jones.
Given that you have found your way to this site you may be familiar with why money is being raised in Joanna’s name, however we just wanted to give you a full understanding of how much your donation means to us and how it will be used to benefit a cause that Joanna believed heavily in and loved.
We ask you to pledge a donation which will go to The Essex RSPCA Danaher home in Braintree. They are desperately trying to raise enough money to build a new isolation unit for sick cats. If we secure enough donations the RSPCA have promised to put a permanent plaque up at the home in Joanna’s name. We believe that she should be remembered not just for her music but also for her work that she did to help animal welfare. With your donation she will also be remembered forever for her other passion.Thank you so much for your support!
