Hi there I'm Cheryl, I'm a happily married mother to 5 children ranging in age from 20yrs to 2yrs.

On Sunday 26th April 2009 I will be abseiling down Dinas Rock in the Neath Valley  In support of Breathe Easy Neath Valley and British Lung Foundation Wales.


Last year participants raised just over £7,000 the money went towards a spirometer and flutter devices for the Respiratory Team at Cimla.  With money raised they have also been able to fund Wales' first BLF Nurse, start to set up an exercise programme to keep members fit and fund necessary research into lung disease.

This charity is very close to the heart of my family as my Uncle suffered with COPD before he died, the charity was a great support to him. 

My mum took part last year at the age of 64 and I decided if she can do it so can I, please no matter how small your sponsorship EVERY PENNY COUNTS.
